After years as a diversity practitioner and executive, I founded 10th Chapter Consulting to share my expertise in fostering inclusive cultures and empowering leaders. What sets us apart is our ability to unite communities, amplify voices, and cultivate gratitude-driven growth. With a background spanning roles as Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer, and Management Consultant across various industries, I bring a wealth of experience in implementing effective diversity strategies.

Our focus on community-building and gratitude serves as a catalyst for personal and organizational success. As a recognized thought leader and author, I'm passionate about facilitating inclusive conversations and training programs that strengthen cultural fabric. I am a proud Morehouse College alum where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Temple University Owl where I received my Doctorate in organizational/psychology. Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm committed to coaching youth sports and spending quality time with my family.
